The Impact Rewards Loyalty Program is designed to reward SERI’s most engaged students, customers, and partners for their commitment to learning, growing, and making a social impact. Participants earn points through course purchases, mentorship and coaching enrollments, attending events, and taking part in SERI’s community initiatives. These points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive content, and other perks to enhance their experience with SERI.

1. Social Change Advocate.

• Eligibility: all users who enroll in a course or make a purchase through SERI (no minimum points needed to enter).

• Earning Points:

  • Enroll in a course: 100 points.

  • Purchase a book: 50 points.

  • Attend a live training/workshop: 75 points.

  • Refer a friend who enrolls: 150 points.

• Benefits:

  • 5% Discount on future course purchases.

  • Early access to new course announcements and events.

  • Exclusive newsletter with social entrepreneurship insights.

  • Access to members-only podcast episodes.

  • Social media shout-out as a new program member.

2. Change Maker.

• Eligibility: achieved after earning 1,000 points.

• Earning Points:

  • Enroll in additional courses: 200 points.

  • Mentorship or coaching enrollment: 300 points.

  • Engage in impact assessments or surveys: 50 points.

  • Participation in SERI’s events or webinars: 100 points.

• Benefits:

  • 10% Discount on future courses, workshops, or books.

  • 1 Free Coaching Session (up to $499 value).

  • Exclusive access to special events, workshops, and masterclasses.

  • Priority Registration for live training and new course launches.

  • Impact Report: Personal impact assessment and feedback on social projects/courses.

  • Recognition on SERI’s website as a “Change Maker.”

3. Impact Leader.

• Eligibility: achieved after earning 5,000 points.

• Earning Points:

  • Enroll in advanced, specialized courses: 500 points.

  • Sign-up for multiple consulting or coaching sessions: 500 points.

  • Collaborate on a consulting project or volunteer for SERI events: 1,000 points.

  • Investment in SERI’s Impact Investing Platform: 2,000 points.

• Benefits:

  • 15% Discount on all services (courses, coaching, consulting)

  • Exclusive invitation to VIP events, including impact summits, networking events, and SERI’s annual conferences.

  • Free 1-Year Subscription to any advanced course or certification program.

  • Personalized Consultation: 2 hours of free consulting or business coaching.

  • Recognition as “Impact Leader” on SERI’s platform and at events.

  • Early access to new features on apps and the Impact Investing Platform.

Point Accumulation & Redemption.

Ways to Earn Points:

1. Course Purchases: every course purchase, enrollment, or certificate completion earns points.

2. Engagement: attend webinars, participate in workshops, or engage in mentoring and coaching services.

3. Referrals: encourage others to join SERI’s community by referring friends or colleagues (track referrals via unique codes).

4. Social Impact Activities: users can gain points for taking part in SERI’s social initiatives, surveys, and impact assessments.

5. Content Consumption: listen to podcasts, read books, and watch SERI's TV show or videos.

Ways to Redeem Points:

• Discounts: redeem points for discounts on courses, books, or coaching services.

• Exclusive Content: unlock exclusive content such as advanced webinars, special podcasts, or resources.

• Free Services: use points to access mentorship or coaching sessions.

• Recognition: gain social recognition on SERI’s platforms and at events.

• Events & Networking: use points to gain access to exclusive events, summits, and conferences.

Bonus Programs & Special Offers.

1. Birthday Bonus: members get 500 points on their birthday to redeem for discounts or exclusive access.

2. Anniversary Bonus: celebrating membership milestones with a special gift, such as a free course, consultation, or exclusive content.

3. Seasonal Challenges: periodic “Impact Challenges” where members can earn bonus points for completing specific tasks related to social impact or entrepreneurship (completing a new course, attending a series of workshops, etc.).

4. Social Media Engagement: share SERI’s content or personal success stories on social media (tagging SERI) to earn bonus points.
